Pick Up Procedure

  1. Upload your season pass picture. Use the link found in your confirmation email or click here.

  2. Review the winter safety and risk awareness page. Review safety and risk awareness information here.

  3. Complete a waiver. The waiver link can be found in your confirmation email. One waiver must be completed per season pass holder. A copy of the season pass waiver can be found here.

  4. Pick up your pass at the ticket office. On your first visit during the winter season, visit the ticket office to pick up your season pass. Ensure you have uploaded your pass picture and completed a waiver for quick pass pick up. Wear your season pass in plain sight each visit.

Pass Policies

Refund Policy​

Cancellation requests must be sent to info@sirsams.com. Booking confirmation must be included in the cancellation request. Season passes that have been picked up must be returned to the ticket office for any credit to be considered.

  • Cancellation requests received prior to December 1st, 2025 will be refunded in full less a $50.00 administration fee.

  • Cancellations due to valid medical reasons from December 1st to February 1st will be issued as a prorated Sir Sam's credit less a $50.00 administration fee. The prorated amount will be calculated based on the date the email cancellation request was received.

Forgotten Pass Policy​

If you have forgotten your season pass, visit the ticket office to receive a day pass. For families, the passholder that has forgotten their pass must be present to receive the ticket.

Lost/Broken Pass Policy​

If you have lost or broken your season pass, visit the ticket office as passes are often found and turned in. If your pass has not been turned in, a daily ticket will be provided, however if your pass is not found after two visits, a reprinting fee of $20 (plus HST) will be charged and your pass will be reprinted.

Pass Confiscation Policy​

Sir Sam's management has the authority to confiscate a season pass. Passes can be confiscated for the reasons including but not limited to:

  • Breaking the alpine responsibility code

  • Behaviour that endangers the safety of others

  • Deliberate intent to cause harm or injury

  • Sharing of a season pass

  • Abuse of the forgotten or lost pass policies​

Frequently Asked Questions

Where Should a Season Pass be Displayed?

Season passes should be displayed prominently somewhere on the outside of your jacket or snowpants for easy inspection by our lift attendants.​​​​​​​​

Are There Any Blackout Dates for Season Passes?

All season passes (except for midweek season passes) are valid for any day of the current winter season. Midweek season passes are not valid on weekends or holiday midweek dates including over the holiday break, on Family Day, and over March Break.
