Policies

Online Ticket Sales

Once you complete a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used. All tickets and passes are subject to the restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions.

We do not guarantee weather or other conditions, open terrain, number of operating lifts, or availability of foodservice.

Credit will not be given for any unused Purchases and cannot be used toward any future Purchases.

​

Tickets are not delivered by mail. Once your purchase is confirmed, we will provide you access to an electronic voucher. You must print the voucher and present it at the ticket office to claim your tickets. The Purchaser whose name appears on the voucher must redeem the ticket(s) in person with a valid photo ID.

Cancellation/Refunds

GENERAL:
If Sir Sam’s is closed due to Covid or weather, all lift tickets, snowshoe passes, rentals, and lesson
reservations will be cancelled and payments made in advance will be refunded in full. Refunds may take up
to 72hrs to process.


LIFT TICKETS & SNOWSHOE PASSES:
No refunds or credits will be issued

  • Pre-purchased tickets can be transferred to another day the hill is open

  • Transfers must be within current season only and are subject to capacity constraints


RENTALS:
No refunds or credits will be issued

  • Rental items and packages can be transferred to another day the hill is open at the discretion of

  • management

  • Transfers must be within current season only and are subject to rental inventory constraints


PRIVATE LESSONS

  • Lessons will run as scheduled regardless of weather (unless hill is closed)

  • If you cannot attend your lesson and email snowschool@sirsams.com before 8:00am on the date of

  • your lesson, a lesson credit minus a $20/person admin fee will be held for future snow school

  • purchases

  • No-shows or cancellations received after 8:00am on the date of a lesson will not be refunded or

  • rescheduled


DISCOVER LESSONS:

  • Lessons will run as scheduled regardless of weather (unless hill is closed)

  • If you cannot attend your Discover lesson and email snowschool@sirsams.com before 8:00am on

  • the date of your lesson, a lesson credit minus a $20/person admin fee will be held for future snow

  • school purchases

  • No-shows or cancellations received after 8:00am on the date of a lesson will not be refunded or

  • rescheduled


CAMP PROGRAMS:

  • Camp rebooking is subject to availability

  • Camps run as scheduled regardless of weather (unless hill is closed)

  • No-shows or missed days of camp will not be refunded or rescheduled (unless hill is closed)

  • Cancelling camp enrolment within one week of start date there will be no refund

  • Cancelling camp enrolment beyond one week of start date will have a $25 fee per enrolment applied

  • with the remaining amount refunded or as a credit within the Snow School


BOOKS OF EIGHT:

  • Any cancellation requests for Books of Eight must be sent to info@sirsams.com with the booking

  • information. Credit for books of eight will only be considered if physical booklet has not been picked up

  • Individual vouchers will not be refunded or replaced

  • Unused vouchers can be used as followed:

o 2022 – 2023: $10.00 surcharge per ticket (Black)

o 2021 – 2022: $20.00 surcharge per ticket (Purple)

SEASON PASSES:

  • Cancellations prior to December 1 st , 2023 will be refunded in full less a $50 administration fee

  • Cancellations due to a valid medical reasons from December 1 st to February 1 st will be issued as a prorated Sir Sam’s gift card less a $50 administration fee
