Training & Certifications

Become a certified professional in the snow sports industry.

Become an Instructor at Sir Sam's

We welcome instructors of all disciplines including ski, snowboard, adaptive, and freestyle for winter instructing.

All our ski and snowboard instructors must be at least 14 years old and at least level one certified by a recognized body in the snowsports industry. If you are interested in instructing, send an email to snowschool@sirsams.com along with your resume.

If you are not yet certified but are planning to get certified, please reach out to us and we can help you through the process.

If you are under 14 years old or are not certified and are interested in becoming an instructor, you may be eligible for our in-house volunteer apprentice program which will prepare you to take your certification course. You will work alongside certified instructors in a group setting to ensure you have the necessary skills that you will be tested on before going on course. You must be at least 12 years old to be an apprentice.
